We had a great time during Forest City's Puckerbrush Weekend including finishing 2nd in the Battle of the Businesses and walking/driving in Saturday morning's parade. It was a lot of fun to see all of our local friends and customers as well as our friends from Grand National Rally.
Enjoy a short video highlighting the weekend's events!

As we wrap up another wonderful Rally it is interesting to look back and see the flavor of coaches that people purchased from us... 16 in total so far.
Class C Diesel - 3
Class A Diesel - 3
Class A Gas - 4
Other - 6 (mostly preowned)
Although diesel remains prevalent, stats are still currently even.

Yesterday was our last day at the rally grounds. Here's a short recap of what we've been up to:
Wednesday Morning -- Hosted a breakfast for iRV2.com Forum members.
Wednesday -- From 9 am to Noon, we held our annual Wheel for Life fundraiser and made over $300 for the American Cancer Society.
Wendesday Evening -- Had a wine and cheese reception for the Skinnie Winnie's (View & Navion owners). Great hospitality from the Cortwrights and Friends!!! What a fun bunch.

Thursday Morning -- From 9 am to Noon, we had a free Plinko for Parts game and we handed out lots of coupons (ranging from 5 to 30% off a parts purchase).
Friday Morning -- With our sales display having closed the night before, we took our motor homes back to the dealership. We've continued to be busy and have lots of traffic with people stopping by on their way out of town.
Thank you to all of the Winnebago, Itasca and Rialta owners for such a great time at this year's Grand National Rally. We are already looking forward to next year.

Hello again from GNR 2009!
We had a great time last night at the state row parties -- we sampled food from Florida, peach fuzzies from Iowa, wine and cheese from California and Missouri, chile from New Mexico and cornbread from Tennessee -- just to name a few!
The good times continued this morning with a 7:30 am breakfast reception for the iRV2.com Forum group. A few dozen of our friends from the forum joined us for a Lichtsinn Motors sponsored breakfast and we were able to put some faces with names. Lots of wonderful people in this group -- they really do a great job of advancing the discussion on every aspect of RVing and owning a Winnebago or Itasca motorhome.
The weather today has been wonderful and this morning we raised over $300 for the American Cancer Society by having our annual, Wednesday morning Wheel for Life game. Tomorrow is the Plinko for Parts game where you can win up to 30% off your next parts purchase from Lichtsinn Motors.
Tonight we'll be traveling to the View-Navion Row to hold a wine and cheese reception for the Skinnie Winnies!
Until tomorrow, have a great time if you are reading this from GNR and if you are somewhere else then consider joining us in 2010!

With our internet connection now going strong, I'm able to make my first LIVE post from GNR 2009!
We are having a great time at this year's rally. Seeing familiar faces again. Making new friends. And just having an all-around good time.
Last night we held a wine and cheese reception for the Minnesota Winnehaha group of about 300 people -- what a great group! We were there for about 2 hours and enjoyed talking with our neighbors to the north.

The weather this year has been cool and very relaxing -- not the typical 90 degrees and humid that typically accompanies the Grand National Rally.
This morning I was able to get out and take pictures of the all-new 2010 Winnebago Via. Visit the New RVs section of our website to see the pictures of this incredible, new Class A motorhome. We'll have a 10-minute video of the Via up soon as well.

If you get a chance to stop by our display at the rally grounds, stop by our front table and say hello!

We opened Grand National Rally to a flood of people coming from Opening Ceremonies to check out our remaining 2009s and 2010 lineup. Really strong response to the 2010 Via and Ellipse/Tour 42AD tag axle...

Completed our set up today for the GNR display. There is a lot of room this year for folks to check out the new 2010 products and also see the 2009 units. The rally will be great! Hopefully it will warm up a bit!!
