2023D I must take a moment to brag on our experience at Lichtsinn RV in Forest City, Iowa. From the day that we ordered this gem, the “Lichtsinn Family” has been there to answer ALL of our questions & concerns. We flew in from Arkansas & they had a car waiting for us. We had access to the car the entire time there to go to dinner, run errands & pick up things for the journey home. We had a complementary 1/2 day orientation of our new view. That afternoon we added a couple options to it & that night we spent our 1st night in our View right there plugged into Lichtsinn’s complimentary hookups, giving us time to “check things out” before heading home. Stacy Anderson was an absolute joy to work with, as was Anders in service, Jeremy at orientation & Kevin handling our paperwork. We highly recommend Lichtsinn RV & their staff to anyone even thinking about purchasing an RV. The “personal touch” of customer service truly makes a difference. It was definitely worth the trip!

If you’re serious about an RV, there are really only two options: Winnebago, the highest quality, most innovative RV on the market — and Lichtsinn RV in Forest City, the world’s premier Winnebago dealer. It’s not difficult to find almost every RV for sale on a number of websites. And that led me to Lichtsinn. Emailing with questions. Visiting to test drive and learn more about models and used options. And the purchasing process is all smooth and filled with friendly and helpful people. I live in the Twin Cities, but will be coming to Lichtsinn for all my RV needs. Top quality people. Amazing service. And the best variety of Winnebagos in the country. Highly recommend!

Couldn't be More Pleased

We recently purchased a used (barely) Winnebago Navion from Lichtsinn. This is our third RV and we’ve had many cars over the 59 years of our marriage. Never before have we the excellent “everything” as with this one. Certainly, we’ve had excellent service before, but we’ve also had the worst, including with one previous motor home. We LOVE Lichtsinn. There were a few problems that Lichtsinn was quick to address. The service department is always available for help, and they know what they are talking about, which is rare in our RV experience! They are kind, their facility is totally welcoming, and we are thrilled. Thanks especially to Abby, Deanna, Brandon, Kevin, and Jay. We couldn’t be more pleased, and we’ll be back.

The communication was great

I had heard Lichtsinn was the place to go even though I live many states away. I decided to take the advice of many and it was the best decision! The communication was great, the pick up trip was smooth, transport from the airport was well organized, the vehicle orientation was fantastic. Staying a night on the lot to check everything out was especially comforting to a new RVer. Most special of all were the friendly dedicated Lichtsinn staff who made me feel like I was their only customer. It was a great experience from start to finish and I'm SOOOO glad I chose Lichtsinn RV!
