Forest City, Iowa – Janelle Gilbertson recently joined Lichtsinn RV in Forest City, Iowa, as an RV Service Administrator – an incremental position to support the recent growth of the dealership.
“We are excited to welcome Janelle to our growing RV Service Department,” said Brian Buffington, RV Service Director at Lichtsinn RV. “In her first couple weeks here, she has already become a supportive, integral member of our team.”
Gilbertson was previously employed at Winnebago Industries where she worked in the engineering department and assisted in creating operator manuals, maintained drawings, modeled components and assisted bill of materials with documentation.
She also has past experience providing businesses with customer service support and administrative assistance.
She lives in Joice with her husband and their two girls.
