Forest City, Iowa – Brad Buffington and Ben Follman, RV Service Technicians at Lichtsinn Motors in Forest City, have each obtained RVIA (Recreation Vehicle Industry Association) Registered RV Service Technician status in the RV Service Technician Certification Program.
“As we get settled into our new, state-of-the-art RV facility, we are excited to provide an even higher level of service to our guests through a continued commitment to RVIA certification for all of our RV Service Technicians,” said Ron Lichtsinn, owner of Lichtsinn Motors.
Certification is a way of assessing a body of knowledge that a worker needs to successfully complete their job. RVDA (Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association) and RVIA developed a technician certification program in the early 1990s. It has helped thousands of technicians validate their level of knowledge and improve customer service.
