Tim Olson did a fantastic job in following up with Samsung when the Canadian Winnebago dealers and the Canadian Samsung technical service would not help me. Tim had Samsung send out a new home theatre replacement unit and the costs were all covered under warranty, including the shipping. I installed the replacement unit myself and it all works great now.
