I was born in Jacksonville, Florida. Moved to Clear Lake, Iowa when I was 1 year old. My parents were originally from Clear Lake but moved to Jacksonville for 5 years while my dad was serving in the Army. In my free time I enjoy playing golf, hanging out with friends, working out, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.

"As a resident of California, I decided to purchase a Travato 59KL from Lichtsinn RV. I researched other dealerships, but found Lichtsinn's knowledge and 1-mile proximity to the Winnebago facility to be the deciding factor for me to go with them. Even being out-of-state, I found the entire process virtually seamless, and the salesman, Adam Brinkman, always responded promptly to my many email questions. He also set up a Facetime meeting with me and performed an entire walk-through of the van I wanted to purchase, while answering more questions. Upon arriving at Lichtsinn, Jeremy provided the orientation of the van. He was extremely thorough, courteous, provided tips, and spent a couple of hours with me. I never felt rushed. Given the extra options I chose, I found their pricing to be very reasonable, and the odometer only had 61 miles on it. Now I'm looking forward to my new adventures!"

"I am from NYC and had ordered an Ekko from Lichtsinn close to two years ago. I had many concerns, not the least of which were the distance and the open ended wait time for the delivery. I had Adam Brinkman as my sales consultant and he was simply terrific. He was very responsive and addressed many of my questions. Fast forward to about a week ago when I arrived at Forest City. A driver had brought me from Minneapolis airport and a loaner car was provided for me while staying close to the dealership. The orientation was quite informative and the few minor issues picked up during inspection were addressed expeditiously. From pre-sale to delivery it all went extremely well. Doing a long range deal (from California) was way easier than I anticipated. Was really easy with a super friendly guy picking up at Minn airport and driving down to Forest City. They gave me a loaner vehicle in the morning. A quick breakfast at Sally's and I was at the dealership at 8am. Had a detailed orientation, quick and painless paperwork, picked up some nice odds and ends (good prices!) and and I was on my way before lunch. With the money I save on the Revel it felt like a 3 day paid vacation back to California. I like the fact that I could do the "break in" on my own."

"We are so lucky to live in Ames, Iowa, just 90 minutes south of Lichtsinn RV. We had a great experience working with Adam Brinkman and the crew to purchase our new 2019 Travato 59K. We were given ample opportunities to spend time inside the Travato, both G and K, try out it’s features in the heated garage and take it for a test drive. Lichtsinn’s website is full of information with all of their orientation and how-to videos and full specs, photos and videos of their new and used inventory. We spent approximately 2.5 hrs in our orientation. Our technician was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions clearly, no matter how technical or un-technical they were. As a woman, who does a lot of her own maintenance on her own vehicles, I’m usually met with a bit of skepticism at auto parts stores and service garages, but our technician immediately picked up on my experience and knowledge levels and tailored our orientation to address some of the more technical items. We have had a couple of minor warranty items since our purchase and have had a good response from the service dept. In all honesty, we didn’t look at any other Winnebago dealers, but didn’t really have a reason to because of the great service and proximity to our home that Lichtsinn offered."

"One would think that people the age of my husband and I might not need much hand holding after having owned several RV's, but that was not the case with our wonderful new Adventurer.
