Hi! My name is Jason Bruckhoff and I am a Sales Manager at Lichtsinn RV. I was raised here in Forest City, IA and enjoy the close-knit Midwest community. My wife and I have a son and daughter who are active in many sports and activities. I grew up playing football, basketball, baseball and golf along with being involved in various organizations. I enjoy getting the opportunity to meet folks from all over the United States and Canada and assist them with the RV needs and seeing guests realize their dream of traveling the country. For fun, I volunteer as a high school football coach, play golf and basketball, ride bike and travel to our son and daughter’s multiple events. I like cheering for the Iowa Hawkeyes and Minnesota Vikings. I attended Waldorf University and obtained a degree in business management and I have certifications from Winnebago Industries University and Sobel and Associates in Customer Service Training.

"We took delivery of our 2016 Travato 59K on July 6 after several months of sales support from Lichtsinn. We were apprehensive about buying out of state, especially since 59K's were just starting production, but liked the idea of 'delivering' it ourselves. Everything occurred exactly as promised and there were no surprises. Each staff member handled their portion of the process professionally and the orientation was thorough and complete. We could not be happier with our Travato, We enjoyed Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan on the way back to Ohio. Have a few trips around Ohio and just completed the Wilderness Road Heritage Highway, Cumberland Gap, East Tennessee Crossing Scenic Byway, Great Smoky Mountains and the entire Blue Ridge Parkway, completing the Skyline Drive as well as visiting Monticello. With no RV experience we have boon-docked (as well as complete facilities) for over 5,000 miles focused on National Parks and Byways. Lichtsinn and Winnebago have served us well. We can't wait to start some serious travelling next year after I retire. We'll stop by Lichtsinn for annual service. (We did a one way car rental for pick up and enjoyed the July 4 weekend en route.)."

"We took delivery of our 2014 Itasca Viva from Lichtsinn RV in May of 2014 after ordering it from them several months prior (we wanted 0 miles on our first RV). The Viva was a new model, so we had lots of questions--before our purchase, during the manufacturing process, and after taking delivery. We live 1000+ miles from the dealership, so we were a bit apprehensive about buying from a dealer so far away. Our salesperson (Jason) answered every question promptly by phone or e-mail. He gave us regular status reports during the building process. When the day arrived and we took delivery of our new Viva, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We were new to the RV life, so they were extra patient and thorough in every aspect. We wanted to get our picture taken with Ron (we felt we knew him well from all of the Lichtsinn videos!), and he graciously took time to come over to where we were parked for photos and a nice chat. We camped for two nights on the dealership site (with free hookups) to make sure we were comfortable with our new rig before hitting the road--then we were off to the Badlands, the Black Hills, the Rocky Mountains, etc. It was a great way to jump into the RV life!"

"We purchased a 1999 Adventurer. Even though we bought the least expensive motor home on the lot, the people at Lichtsinn treated us as if we had purchased a half million dollar unit. Our salesman Jason made the purchase process fun and easy. Our RV was inspected and cleaned, and when we picked it up, the big sign in the showroom had our names on it!
