"Our whole experience with Lichtsinn RV was top notch from start to finish. Because of the wonderful reviews we had read, we decided to make the trip from Indiana and purchase our first ever motor home from Lichtsinn. The great photos and detailed video on their site gave us confidence to buy something "sight unseen" which we rarely do. Invaluable for us was the ability to have training during the orientation and then stay on the lot a few nights and get immediate answers to our many questions.
We also liked the idea of driving our new vehicle the first 1,000 miles in accordance with the "break-in" guidelines. By the time we left, we felt better equipped to handle the trip home and get started with our "new adventures" on the road. All the staff we dealt with was very friendly and professional.
