We purchased our Travato and took delivery August 5 2024. Sales experience with Adam was great as others have mentioned. Kevin finalized the financing. Very easy process.
Orientation was done in person but they also provided a YouTube version prior to delivery so we could get our questions lined up. Its nice that they ask you to stay overnight to test all the features of your new vehicle. The next morning we had some questions so the service reps came out to show us what to do.
After taking off for a Midwest ride we noticed the refrigerator was not working consistently and food was not chilled. Since we were still in the Midwest, we returned to Lichtsinn RV and the service department fixed the loose wiring issue within a few hours.
Back in CA now and loving the Travato KL.

This past week I traveled from Oregon to Iowa to purchase my "new to me Travato 59k". I had lots of options across the country but chose Lichtsinn RV because of the reviews and the presence they have in the market. I was not disappointed. They answered all my questions prior to my travel there. Renae is first class all the way. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and helpful to me and by the time I started my 2,000 mile drive home I knew I had made the right choice. Facility there in Forest City were some of the best I have ever seen. They are worth the trip. I will be recommending my friends who show interest to them in the future.

Bought a used RV and flew all the way from Ft Lauderdale to pick it up due to the comfort of dealing with Lichtsinn RV. What a great company with great people offering great customer service. The salesperson Cody, the Business manager Cody, and Cade and Jeremy were all very helpful covering their respective job roles. I am thrilled with my new RV and can't wait to take it camping at the end of this month!

Our Revel was ready when we arrived after driving 2 days in our trade-in RV. Orientation started at 8:05 am and was great, then the business office. We had some accessories installed and were done at 1 pm, and drove the 2 days back home (NC). All the staff at Lichtsinn were extremely helpful. - Tim
People come from all around the United States to go here because of the service and the pricing you will not get better deals and you will not get better service anywhere else.

We picked out our RV on the web using the Lichtsinn videos. Did some Web price comparisons and then call Lichtsinn's. Bought a plane ticket, plane tripped into Minneapolis, Lichtsinn's pick us up, got educated on the RV, paid for it, stayed on site for an overnight drive home with our RV. All the people we interfaced with were well-versed in the customer FIRST attitude.
