When Mercedes built the VS30 Sprinter Chassis, they didn’t just aim to set a new benchmark for RVs they set out to make one of the safest RVs on the road, period. To accomplish this lofty goal, Mercedes brought all of their legendary knowledge, research, and development to the task. Winnebago, always at the head of RV innovation, was the first North American RV manufacturer to build coaches atop this chassis. New in 2026, Newmar built their first Class C motorhome, the Freedom Aire, atop the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.
In Winnebago’s lineup, there are both Class C and Class B motorhomes built on the innovative Mercedes-Benz VS30 Sprinter Chassis. These include the Winnebago View/Navion, Winnebago EKKO, Winnebago Revel and Winnebago Revel Sport. In Newmar’s lineup, the Newmar Freedom Aire is built on the Mercedes-Benz VS30 Sprinter Chassis.
The Mercedes Benz Sprinter VS30 Chassis includes over 30 active and passive safety features including Active Brake Assist, Active Distance Assist Distronic, Active Lane Keep Assist, Traffic Sign Assist, and more. This chassis also comes equipped with MBUX Hey Mercedes voice guidance and artificial intelligence services. And the LED High-Performance Headlights improve illumination, maximizing the view of the road ahead while further enhancing the vehicle’s overall aesthetic with a sleek optional front-end design.

Winnebago Revel (Class B Camper Van)
The Winnebago Revel is the shortest of the Winnebago Mercedes Benz Sprinter Chassis models measuring in at only 19’7” in length and is available in two floorplans, the Revel 44E and Revel 44EC.
The Revel takes full advantage of the proven AWD Mercedes Benz Sprinter chassis, the Revel’s 2.0 litre high-output, turbo-diesel puts 332 lbs ft of torque through an AWD system.
The Revel is powered by the Winnebago Power Max System. This system provides (1) 8.4Wh Lithionics lithium battery. You have the option to add a second Lithionics lithium battery. It also includes a 5-in-1 Winnebago x EcoFlow Power Hub, which includes (5) different systems combined into (1) taking up less space and weight and providing greater efficiency.

Winnebago Revel Sport (Class B Camper Van)
The Winnebago Revel Sport is another Class B camper van built on the Mercedes-Benz diesel chassis. It measures a total of 19’7″ in length and is available in (2) floorplans, the Revel Sport 44N and 44C.
The Revel Sport 44N is equipped with a forward facing bench seat while the 44C includes a new side-facing sofa and removable table. The rest of the interior will be identical including an all-in-one gear closet and wet bath, pantry, and power loft bed.
Powering the Winnebago Revel Sport is the Winnebago Power System. Just like the Winnebago Revel, it is equipped with the Winnebago x EcoFlow Power Hub. Instead of the Lithionics lithium battery, the Revel Sport is powered by a 5kWh EcoFlow battery.

Winnebago EKKO (Class C Motorhome)
The Winnebago EKKO 23B is a Class C motor home built on the Mercedes Benz Sprinter chassis. The EKKO 23B is an AWD, all-season RV measuring 24’6″ in length. It features enhanced off-road capabilities, storage space, and a multifunctional living area. All-season insulation extends the camping seasons, while its advanced power package and larger water tank extends your off-grid stays.
A single Lithionics 320-amp hour lithium battery provides power to the EKKO along with a 2,500-watt LP generator. You can remove the generator and have a 630-amp hour Lithionics lithium battery if you choose. However, if you’d like to maximize your lithium capabilities while keeping a generator, one of the Lichtsinn RV Service Technicians can add a second 320-amp hour lithium battery.

Winnebago View/Navion (Class C Motorhome)
The Winnebago View Class C diesel motorhome offers a luxurious view everywhere you travel. This coach is the perfect blend of quality, comfort, technology and spaciousness in a compact design that offers easy driving, yet it is still big enough to carry all of the amenities you need. With luxurious details and features throughout, the View’s industry-leading amenities promise an unparalleled Class C experience. The Winnebago View is available in 3 floorplans the View 24D, View 24R and the View 24T and measures in at 25’8” in length.
The Winnebago View/Navion is powered by (1) 320-amp hour Lithionics lithium battery. There is an option to equip your RV with additional power through a traditional RVMP 3,800W LP generator. You also have the choice of a generator replacement package which includes 960-amp hour Lithionics lithium battery pack and (4) 120-watt solar panels.

Newmar Freedom Aire (Class C Motorhome)
The Newmar Freedom Aire delivers legendary craftsmanship in a nimble Class C coach and is built on the Mercedes-Benz 4500 chassis. This allows for the use of higher quality built materials with the structural support to have luxurious amenities throughout. The Freedom Aire is available in (1) floorplan, the 2515.
When you step inside the Freedom Aire 2515, you’ll find a spacious living area which you can configure. The first option would give you powered theater seating positioned next to a king sized Murphy bed with a dinette combination. The second, the standard layout, replaces the theater seating with a U-shaped dinette while a comfort lounge sofa with a queen sized Murphy bed takes place of the king sized Murphy Bed.
Powering the Freedom Aire is a 4000W RVMP generator, a 2,000W inverter and (2) AGM house batteries. You may instead choose the all-electric option which would include an all-electric induction cooktop and Lithium battery system with a 3,000W inverter. The Freedom Aire also includes (2) flexible 120-watt solar panels with an exterior plug to add more.
