The Newmar’s painting process begins in their 45,000 sq. ft. facility with skilled technicians that apply between 12 to 16 gallons of paint to each coach. Newmar motorhomes are all hand-painted, starting with multiple layers of primer, base coat applications, and a hard protective clear coat that lasts to protect your investment. Newmar’s painting process includes running the paint through the slideout, which prevents the possibility of unpainted lines. They also buff the RV right up to the corners of windows etc. allowing the paint to better adhere when it is applied.
