You’re that much further ahead in the production timeline when you purchase from Lichtsinn RV than when you purchase from another dealer. While many dealers might order product ahead, as the largest Winnebago Dealer in North America, focusing only on Winnebago Motorhomes, we order literally hundreds of RVs at a time.
Depending how far along your RV that we have already ordered is in production, we can make all your customized option choices just as if you were to order the RV today. This way, you don’t have to worry about delaying your RV travel plans any further to have that particular model arrive in a different color you were hoping for or a different selection of factory options than you wanted.
At Lichtsinn RV once you put a deposit down on a particular model of RV you are secured a production slot. Your name will be tied to a specific serial number, and you will maintain your position in production all the way through. Depending on where the RV is currently in production, it may have a VIN assigned to it already, meaning that specific chassis to your RV is already in Forest City and ready to be built upon! If not, the next milestone will be to have the chassis assigned in production and we will be able to provide you with your VIN at that time. One thing to remember is we will never alter your position based on the price paid or any other factors. Ever.
