With so many Winnebago Dealers out there, how do you begin to choose the right dealer for you? Winnebago helps denote its top dealers with the Winnebago Flying W Dealer Excellence Program. This program is designed to recognize and reward Winnebago RV dealers for exceptional performance. The Winnebago Flying W Dealer Excellence Program has been revamped for 2022 and will run September 1st, 2021 through August 31st, 2022.
In order to achieve 2022 Flying W recognition, dealer locations much achieve excellence in each of the following 4 areas:
Immediately after the registration of each new Winnebago, our guests receive a survey directly from Winnebago Industries with the question, “On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend this dealer to a friend or family member?” The responses are used to establish a Net Promoter Score (NPS) that indicates customer satisfaction with us as a dealer and your delivery experience with us.
To achieve Flying W Qualification in the delivery satisfaction category a dealer must achieve a NPS of at least 60, with a minimum response rate of 20% and at least 3 responses during Fiscal Year 2022.
WARRANTY REPAIR SERVICE SATISFACTION
After each warranty claim, Winnebago Industries will provide a survey to our service guests with a Net Promotor Score question to measure their satisfaction with their repair experience at our dealership. In addition to the NPS question, customers are asked a few follow up questions to guide improvement efforts.
To achieve Flying W qualification in the warranty repair service satisfaction category a dealer must achieve a NPS of at least 30, with a minimum response rate of 20% and at least 3 responses during Fiscal Year 2022.
LEAD RESPONSE TIMES
In a world of real-time chat, instant order confirmation and same-day delivery, consumers expect quick response times to their inquiries. For an interested RV prospect, we are tasked with following up as quickly as possible to ensure we are responsive and customer-focused.
To achieve Flying W qualification in the lead response time category 80% of the leads we receive as a dealership from Winnebago’s lead program must be responded to within 3 hours of delivery each month during Fiscal Year 2022.
As RV sales continue to set new records, the Flying W program will include business growth as a qualifying criterion
The above results are consolidated and reported in a Flying W scorecard, available to our dealership.
