The all new Winnebago EKKO combines the efficiency of a camper van, the added capacity of a Class C coach, and the enhanced capability of AWD to create not just a new model, but an entirely new type of RV.  Blending the off road rugged nomadic nature of van life with the storage and livability of traditional touring class motor homes, the all new, all season Winnebago EKKO provides unmatched off grid and all season capabilities.  Its standard all wheel drive capability goes where other motorhomes can't, yet with its van size, is easy to drive and easy to park.

The EKKO foundation begins with the fuel efficient, safety enhanced Ford Transit chassis:

1. 3.5L direct fuel injection, dual turbocharged Ford EcoBoost V6

2. 400 lb ft of torque or power

3. 310 hp of acceleration

4. 10 speed automatic Selectshift transmission with overdrive and grade braking

5. Standard on demand AWD engages when the EKKO detects slippage and sends torque or power the wheels that need them, and doesn't when it's not needed to improve fuel economy.  Selectable modes are available for muddy, rutted or slippery surfaces with the capability of sending 100% torque to a needed axle

6. Second under the hood alternator to recharge lithium in under 2 hours

7. Radio and rearview monitor system 8.95 inch colored multi function touchscreen with SYNC3, navigation, AM FM stereo with HD radio and SiriusXM capability, Bluetooth, dual USB ports and integrated rear camera display

8. Independent front suspension

9. Electric power assisted steering

10. Matte black stylized aluminum wheels

11. Up to 1,500 lb occupant and cargo carrying capacity

12. Fuel capacity, 31 gallons

13. Factory installed tow package, 5,000 lb with 500 lb vertical tongue weight

1. Lithium battery, 320 amp hour is standard, but an option for a dual lithium battery upgrade, for 640 amp hours total, 8,266 watt hours, which then deletes the generator

2. Generator delete, with single lithium battery

3. AluCab Bat Wing awning, driver and rearward

4. Roof rack, 40 lb per bar

5. Front entertainment system with 24 in HDTV, Blu-Ray Streaming Media Player and Soundbar

6. Pop top studio loft, 52x79 in, with 220 watt solar fleximat

7. Tailgate package with exterior range, refrigerator and freezer, and sink

Includes the following exterior features:

1. 65.3 cubic feet of exterior and basement storage, 54.6 with tailgate package 

2. Dual pane canopy style acrylic windows

3. Colorado Carefree 13 ft powered patio awning with LED lighting

4. Ultra low quiet CumminsOnan 2,800i generator

5. Solar panels, 455 watts, 2 170s and 1 115 watt panel

6. 2,000 watt pure sine wave inverter, which powers the AC, microwave and all outlets

7. High efficiency ducted air conditioning system

8. Truma AquaGo on demand hot water heater

9. Truma VarioHeat heater with 3 stage burner and consuming only 1 amp draw,  4,700 BTU, 8900 BTU, and 11,500 BTU.  Tested at 9,000 ft elevation, operational at 11k
