Forest City, Iowa February, 2024 – This past weekend Lichtsinn RV held its annual Employee Appreciation Event at the Prime ‘n Wine in Mason City, Iowa. This annual appreciation event is held as a “thank you” to the entire Lichtsinn RV team for their efforts during the prior year. In 2023 these accomplishments included being the Number One Dealer of Winnebago Motor Homes in North America each year since 2015, the Number One Motor Home Dealer in the State of Iowa for the 22nd consecutive year awarded by Statistical Surveys Inc. and receiving the Winnebago Flying W Customer Service Satisfaction Award for the 30th consecutive year. Lichtsinn RV also maintained consistent Google Reviews over 4.6 stars and achieved 4.9 stars on Facebook Reviews for the 2023 calendar year.
Awards were given throughout the event to recognize specific employees for their efforts over the past year.
The first award given was the “You Make a Difference Award.” The recipient of this award is nominated by their peers. This year’s award was given to Rachael Kobriger, RV Finishing and Quality Control Lead: for her selfless leadership, organization and enthusiasm. Rachael is seen below receiving her award from Heidi Thompson, Lichtsinn RV Vice President and General Manager.
Additional awards were given out to recognize “years of service” and dedication to Lichtsinn RV.
David Straw, RV Parts Sales Consultant, celebrated his 20-year service anniversary but was unable to be present at the event.
Ben Follman, RV Service Technician, celebrated his 10-year service anniversary but was unable to attend the event.
Deanna Rodriguez and Adam Brinkman, RV Sales Consultants, celebrated their 5-year service anniversaries and are pictured below with Sales Managers Jason Bruckhoff and Stacy Anderson. Deanna and Adam started on the exact same date, March 13, 2018.
Jeremy Gilbertson, Guest Service Specialist, also celebrated his 5-year service anniversary and is pictured below with Lichtsinn RV Fixed Operations Director, Brian Buffington.
Also, during the event each table competed in a number of games and prizes were given to the winning table members. Some of our “Star in our Midst” participants are shown below.
