Guest Service Specialist
Jeremy has worked at Lichtsinn RV for nearly 5 years and wears many caps at the dealership. As a Guest Service Specialist, Jeremy assists guests with anything they may need, including our complimentary, half-day education orientations where our qualified specialists review each switch, feature, maintenance and warranty item on your new ,or new-to-you, RV to make sure you’re ready to hit the road. Jeremy is involved with the Iowa affiliate of Ducks Unlimited and also enjoys camping and traveling in his own RV with his wife Janelle who also works at Lichtsinn RV. Jeremy mentioned that his favorite things about working at Lichtsinn RV include getting to meet new people everyday and the positivity of the work environment and coworkers, “I like the positive attitude and how [Lichtsinn RV] is a family-oriented business.”
Service Technicians
Ben has previous work experience at Winnebago Industries and has been a part of the Lichtsinn RV team for over 10 years. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family as well as golfing. When asked what he enjoys most about working at Lichtsinn RV, Ben mentioned his coworkers and the diversity of the guests he gets to work with.
Mark has been a part of the Lichtsinn RV service team for 9 years. Having also worked at Winnebago Industries for over ten years, he is more than qualified to provide exceptional service to our guests and their RVs. Mark stated that his favorite thing about working at Lichtsinn RV is being able to meet guests from all over the country.
Brett has been a part of the Lichtsinn RV team for 8 years and also has 10 years of experience working at CDI. CDI is also located in Forest City, Iowa and does all of the full-body paint and cosmetic repairs for Winnebago motorhomes. When asked what he enjoys most about his position at Lichtsinn RV, Brett mentioned that he appreciates being able to solve different problems and do something different every day.
Brad has been a valued team member of Lichtsinn RV for over 10 years and previously worked at Winnebago in their customer service department. This experience provides him with a great foundation of experience working with RV guests and problem solving. Brad is also heavily involved in the Forest City community and serves as a city councilman and sits on multiple committees including electric utility, street/sanitation and safety. Brad mentioned that what he enjoys most about working at Lichtsinn RV is the fact that he gets to help people get their RV back on track.
Jeremy has worked as a service technician on our Lichtsinn RV team for nearly 4 years. However, he was already a familiar face within the Lichtsinn team, as he previously worked at Lichtsinn Motors for over 15 years. Jeremy is also involved in the Forest City community and participates in Brickstreet Theatre, a theatre production group with members from across North Iowa and Southern Minnesota. Jeremy said that what he likes most about working at Lichtsinn RV includes the state-of-the-art facility itself and his co-workers.
Chris has been a member of the Lichtsinn RV team for 3 years. He also has 7 years of experience at Winnebago as a Manufacturing Engineer technician which provides him an intricate understanding of Winnebago products. When asked what he enjoys most about working at Lichtsinn RV, Chris spoke about how he enjoys meeting new people and the variety of work he gets to experience each day.
Logan has been a member of our Lichtsinn RV team as a valuable Service Technician for nearly a year. Outside of work, he enjoys racing with his father at the local IMCA Sanctioned tracks in the Sport Mod class. Logan also enjoys hunting and fishing. When asked what he enjoys most so far at Lichtsinn RV, he mentioned that he greatly enjoys being able to work on something new and different each day.
