Lichtsinn RV has been family owned and operated for over 45 years. Ron Lichtsinn Sr. started the dealership in the 1970’s and Ron and Hope purchased it from him and took over the dealership in 2001.
At Lichtsinn RV, we are better than a corporate owned store precisely because we are smaller and better for it. We have just under 50 employees, not thousands like some mega-stores. We like it that way. It allows us to create personal relationships with our guests.
Our staff is responsive. We have systems that track all of our incoming and outgoing communications so we can respond to you on a timely basis. We aren’t like some other dealers; we don’t write messages down on a post-it and maybe someone will get back to you. We return calls and emails. We are always available to meet your needs.
At Lichtsinn RV we treat everyone equally. We understand and respect that our guests come from many diverse backgrounds from all over the country. Any RV purchase, no matter the dollar value, is a large purchase for that guest. We don’t prioritize one guest over another.
We are fair in our dealings. We don’t reshuffle delivery dates or prioritize sales of more expensive RVs like other dealers. Once you have secured a delivery spot with Lichtsinn RV it is yours…period.
Our terms are clear. We don’t use aggressive or misleading sales and finance techniques. Purchase terms are spelled out clearly. There will be no surprises at Lichtsinn RV.
We invest in professional development specifically on Winnebago products. We have more Winnebago product knowledge than any other dealer…anywhere. New sales representatives don’t even begin speaking with guests until they know the product. And…if we should ever have a question we can’t answer…we have our friends at Winnebago just 1 mile down the road to help us answer any questions for you.
We have a huge investment in educating our guests before and after the sale. Not only do we offer a complimentary half-day orientation on any RV purchased, but we’ve produced thousands of hours of video content to help educate our guests on every model.
