Hi! My name is Stacy Anderson and I am a Sales Manager at Lichtsinn RV, and I enjoy helping people fulfill their dream of traveling the country! I was raised in Forest City and because it is a great community we choose to live and raise our family here. I grew up with a family that spent many weekends camping and continue to enjoy camping when time allows. I enjoy spending time watching our kids participate in many activities and spending time with family and friends. I graduated Winona State University with a degree in recreation and leisure services and obtained certifications from Winnebago Industries University and Sobel and Associates in Customer Service Training.

While dealing with supply chain problems Stacy did her best to keep me informed on when there would likely be a delivery date. Upon delivery I got a very complete and patient review of all the systems. All questions were answered, and only one very minor defect was found. They quickly repaired the defect. We flew to Minneapolis and Lichtsinn driver picked us up and brought us to Lichtsinn and we were given a car to use while in the area. That afternoon Mark gave us a 3 1/2 hour orientation and was very patient answering all our questions.
