The on-boarding process includes both internal training and external professional training. The sales staff is also factory-trained on Winnebago models and floorplans. Every day the sales consultants meet with sales managers that keep them abreast of new product developments. Also, the entire sales team meets regularly for staff in-service training. There isn’t an RV Sales Consultant more educated than those at Lichtsinn RV. In addition to receiving regular daily Winnebago product training our sales consultants have the opportunity to review new product and model year changes up front. Winnebago is the only new motorhome line that we carry. Therefore, our sales team can focus their training specifically on Winnebago products.

This provides the opportunity for each of our RV Service Consultants to complete Winnebago Factory Direct Service Training to help better diagnose, answer questions and schedule any needed repairs on your RV. Each service technician at Lichtsinn RV has earned RVTI Certification. This certification provides you the assurance that the technician working on your RV has the specific skills needed to do so. The Lichtsinn RV Service technicians also have regular training with the Lichtsinn RV Fixed Operations Director who keeps them apprised of any changes/updates/bulletins we have received from Winnebago that the technicians may need to be aware of while servicing your RV.
Parts: Our parts consultant have over 85 years of combined Winnebago parts experience. We sell more Winnebago parts than any other dealer in the country. Not only do they know exactly what part you are looking for, they can get it for you faster and more reliably than anywhere else. Winnebago does not sell parts directly to the consumer, so parts must be purchased through a Winnebago Dealer.
Finance and Insurance: Our Business Managers train daily on industry related issues. They meet regularly with representatives of the national lenders and insurance companies we work with to ensure we are providing you the most competitive and flexible financing options that best suit your needs. They have also successfully completed the F&I University Academy.
