Forest City, Iowa – Lichtsinn RV of Forest City, Iowa, has promoted Heidi Thompson to the position of Vice President and General Manager.
In this position Heidi will provide leadership and daily execution of the dealership by overseeing the various departments which include variable operations (sales & financing), fixed operations (service & parts), and the business office (accounting & administration).
She will also be responsible for personnel reporting, staff management, and other employee management functions of the corporation in accordance with dealership policies and practices as well as any regulatory and administrative requirements of small businesses, advisory authorities and organizations.
