Winnebago Industries has earned the Quality Circle Award from the National RV Dealers Association (RVDA) for the 20th consecutive year – the only RV manufacturer to receive this award since its inception, the organization stated in a press release.
The award will be presented on Nov. 30, in Louisville, Ky., at a ceremony prior to the opening of the RVIA National RV Trade Show.
“We would like to thank our outstanding dealer partners for their continued support of our products,” said Scott Degnan, Winnebago’s vice president of sales and product management. “We believe our dealer network is the best in the industry and greatly appreciate their efforts. This year marks the 20thconsecutive time our company has earned this distinction and we would like to thank everyone who has enabled us to reach this milestone.”
Winnebago was recognized as a Quality Circle Award winner based on overall dealer satisfaction for the company’s motorized brands as measured in the Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey conducted by RVDA. To receive the award, manufacturers must receive at least 15 dealer responses and score 4 or above on a five-point scale in overall dealer satisfaction.
RVDA created the DSI as a tool to help improve communication and the overall relationships with their manufacturers. When rating brands and manufacturers, RVDA asks dealers to express their level of satisfaction on the core issues of reliability and quality, parts, warranty and sales.
“Our employees are dedicated to building the best motorhomes in the industry and they deserve credit for attaining this honor 20 consecutive years,” Degnan said. “Moving forward, we will continue to deliver innovative and reliable products, for both our dealer partners and retail customers.”
