The Minnie Winnie and Spirit are each available in 6 floorplans that sleep between 5-7 people dependent on floorplan. They are built to Winnebago’s legendary construction that features SuperStructure construction unlike any other RV manufacturer. Now loaded with many standard features that were previously optional, there is no better way to jump into or continue your RV lifestyle than in a Winnebago Minnie Winnie or WinnebagoSpirit.
Each year at Lichtsinn RV we help hundreds of guests on their path towards RVing, many in a Class C RV. A common question we receive regarding these Class C RVs is “What is the difference between the Winnebago Minnie Winnie and the Winnebago Spirit.” The answer quite simply is: The Name.
The only difference in these two models is literally the name. The Spirit is a legacy name from when Winnebago Brands included the Itasca line of RVs. At that time Winnebago offered the Winnebago Minnie Winnie and the Itasca Spirit. Even at that time, there were very few differences between the Winnebago Minnie Winnie and Itasca Spirit. (Depending on the model year the differences were more extensive. However, towards the end of life of the Itasca Brand they were very similar.) The reason for both brands to exist was simply that some dealers were authorized to sell the Spirit and some the Minnie Winnie. Lichtsinn RV was one of the few Winnebago dealerships who was authorized to sell both.
Since Winnebago Industries discontinued the Itasca Brand they moved select legacy Itasca models to the Winnebago Brand, the result is the Winnebago Spirit. The Winnebago Minnie Winnie and the Winnebago Spirit are available in identical floorplans, identical interior and exterior selections, identical chassis, specifications etc.
Whether you choose the Winnebago Minnie Winnie or Spirit name, with each you will experience the power, safety and performance of the Ford chassis (either the E350 or E450 dependent on floorplan.) The Winnebago Minnie Winnie and Winnebago Spirit include deluxe features including: a Corian kitchen countertop, 8.95” radio/rearview monitor system, black-out roller shades in the lounge, dinette and bedroom, front wraparound curtain for the cab area that provides privacy and room darkening, and a premium high-gloss fiberglass skin. These amenities make the Minnie Winnie and Spirit perfect for inviting additional family or friends to join you on your travels.
The Winnebago Minnie Winnie and Winnebago Spirit allow you to choose your own adventure. With six floorplans to choose from, Winnebago’s industry-leading innovation meets your own creativity in these class C RVs.
