Hi! My name is Renae Aukes and I am a Sales Consultant at Lichtsinn RV. My husband and I grow up in North Iowa and enjoy living in Forest City. We are very involved with our kids sporting events and school activities. We spend as much time as we can outdoors in the summer enjoying the local campgrounds and nearby lakes. I most importantly enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. I also enjoy riding bike and doing kick boxing classes at the local YMCA. I truly enjoy helping our guests find the right RV and we have a great team to help them achieve this.

"Going to keep this short and simple. There is a reason there are hundreds of 5 star reviews here. The folks at Lichtsinn RV are great to work. Is the Lichtsinn experience for everyone. No. But for say 98% of folks it's a great way to buy your RV. It seems the only people complaining here are those who just didn’t listen and/or pay attention to the details of the purchase.
Pros:

Order your unit set up exactly like you want it.
Great communication, training and orientation.
Cons:
Requires patience.
Requires travel.
Yes there is a bit of work involved but if you're not up for a little adventure you probably shouldn't be buying an RV.

"A chance meeting while getting coffee in the guest lounge at Lichtsinn RV lead to a great purchase of a new Travato. We were having our View serviced and met sales consultant Renae in the lounge. We asked if she had time to show us a Travato, which she did. She followed up with us later in the week to see if we had questions. Five months later and we are week 3 of a trip to the east coast and Atlantic provinces. Renae made the process seamless over the phone and email, including trading in our View. Brandon in financing got us through all the paperwork so we could get licensed and on the road. Overall great experience and follow up from several Lichtsinn staff."

"We recently purchased a Solis Camper Van from Lichtsinn in Forest City, IA and the process could not have been any better or more transparent. From the start of the process they gave us a full “out the door” quote that they stuck to throughout, and with no surprise additional expenses at the end. Renae was great to work with as she kept in weekly contact with the progress of our build. When the delivery date was announced we made flight reservations and she arranged for airport pick up, a free loaner car when we arrived in Forest City, despite arriving there after 8pm. Renae actually rode her bike out to meet us with the loaner car keys. She met us early the next morning to get things rolling and take us through the purchase process. The van was prepped with water, gas and propane, we had a 2 hour lesson on how everything works, completed all the paperwork and we were on our way back to California by lunchtime. Everyone at Lichtsinn was very helpful and it could not have gone any smoother. What a great experience with a very nice crew of people. It was by far, the best vehicle purchase process I have ever been through."

"Picked up new WB Solis 59P a week ago. Everything was awesome from purchase through delivery, and beyond. Saved me a bunch by picking up camper instead of having it delivered, and they were able to get me the best loan/finance rate by far. Great orientation to vehicle, lots of questions answered at pickup and while on the road after, picked up a few extra goodies in Parts Store too. We had to choose which place we would purchase it from. In having many discussions with Renae, we felt she was very upfront & pleasant to deal with. We just had a good vibe from her. We were coming from Colorado to pick this up and she made arrangements to have someone give us an introduction to this new vehicle.
