That is why at Lichtsinn RV we provide a complimentary thorough walk-around orientation (valued at over $600 based on what some dealers charge for this) with any RV purchase at the time of delivery. During this educational orientation, a Winnebago product specialist will ensure you know how to use your RV by covering each switch, feature, maintenance and warranty item.
This orientation may be done in-person or we also provide the option of a LIVE video orientation. We can do the video orientation in one of two ways. Many of our guests prefer a LIVE orientation. In this case we provide you a link that you simply click on and you can see the Winnebago Specialist LIVE providing you an orientation of your RV in the comfort of your home or while sitting in your trade-in. Since this is a LIVE format, you can ask questions as you go along, ask to review certain things in more detail etc. just like you would in person. For those guests that aren’t able to coordinate time to do this, we have the option of a pre-recorded orientation where our product specialist provides an orientation of your RV that we record and then provide you a link to view it online. Your sales consultant will answer any questions that arise after viewing the orientation.
We encourage our sales guests to stay on site at least one night in their new RV with us in our on-site campground. This way we are here for them the next morning to answer any questions that may have come up overnight. AND…your dedicated personal Lichtsinn RV Sales, Parts, Service and Business Office Team Members will be here for you after you leave the dealership to ensure that you enjoy your RV experience throughout the life of your RV.
