From the moment we started searching for an RV we noticed something different about Lichtsinn. They excel in every category. I have watched all of the videos and learned everything I needed to know about RV life. It also made me informed enough to see the difference in other RV manufacturer's. We made our first road trip to Lichtsinn and then the competition. No comparison. We called Stacy back while still on the road from the last non- comparison and told her we were buying from her. Stacy is incredible to work with as are everyone at Lichtsinn. This is the most professional and fun company to work with. The day we showed up I saw Ron in his office and butted in as I watched so many videos I felt like I knew him. He greeted me by name which blew me away as I had never met him. He said they know all their customer family and proceeded to answer all my questions. They had our new 2018 Navion 24D ready and showed us everything in three hours. They said they would take all the time we needed and meant it. Thank all of you at Lichtsinn and especially Stacy who earned out trust from day one even when we told her we were checking out the competition. We knew there was no one we could trust more with such a significant purchase. Search all the competition you like but make sure you start here and I guarantee you will end up back here with the confidence you are buying the right RV from the right dealership.

Great communications from the start with sales and financial staff. Pickup from the airport was seamless, and John gave a great history lesson on Winnebago and other items of interest (e.g., Buddy Holly plane crash site). Met quickly at dealership. Orientation was great (thanks, Dakota!), and the purchase process was straightforward. The opportunity to stay overnight in the lot was great. Only criticism is that Forest City needs some good restaurants! But seriously, it is clear why so many come from so far to an RV dealership 2 hours from the nearest metropolitan areas and airports. Thanks, everyone!

Distance has prevented my wife and I from purchasing an RV from Lichtsinn, but without a doubt if we could have we would have! What’s best about Lichtsinn is their outstanding customer service. Yes, they have great inventory, excellent website, a superb parts department and professional sales staff and leadership. But despite the fact we’ve been unable to make the trip and actually purchase an RV from them, they treat us as if we’d been buying RVs at their dealership for years. Can’t say enough about these guys. Great customer service.

This past week I traveled from Oregon to Iowa to purchase my "new to me Travato 59k". I had lots of options across the country but chose Lichtsinn RV because of the reviews and the presence they have in the market. I was not disappointed. They answered all my questions prior to my travel there. Renae is first class all the way. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and helpful to me and by the time I started my 2,000 mile drive home I knew I had made the right choice. Facility there in Forest City were some of the best I have ever seen. They are worth the trip. I will be recommending my friends who show interest to them in the future.

Bought a used RV and flew all the way from Ft Lauderdale to pick it up due to the comfort of dealing with Lichtsinn RV. What a great company with great people offering great customer service. The salesperson Cody, the Business manager Cody, and Cade and Jeremy were all very helpful covering their respective job roles. I am thrilled with my new RV and can't wait to take it camping at the end of this month!

Our Revel was ready when we arrived after driving 2 days in our trade-in RV. Orientation started at 8:05 am and was great, then the business office. We had some accessories installed and were done at 1 pm, and drove the 2 days back home (NC). All the staff at Lichtsinn were extremely helpful. - Tim
People come from all around the United States to go here because of the service and the pricing you will not get better deals and you will not get better service anywhere else.

This was our second time we have bought a RV from Lichtsinn. Once again a seamless RV buying experience. If you want to save money and have a hassle free experience Lichtsinn RV is the place.
We picked out our RV on the web using the Lichtsinn videos. Did some Web price comparisons and then call Lichtsinn's. Bought a plane ticket, plane tripped into Minneapolis, Lichtsinn's pick us up, got educated on the RV, paid for it, stayed on site for an overnight drive home with our RV. All the people we interfaced with were well-versed in the customer FIRST attitude.
