2019 Travato GL purchased from Lichtsinn RV three months ago. Experience was wonderful. I was given Nicole Follman as my sales person. She was great. I had researched for months. Nicole talked with me many times and was willing to spend as much time as I needed every time. Decision made. Flew up from Alabama and Lichtsinn had a driver pick me up at my hotel. Friday viewed unit and orientation. Great experience. Stayed weekend on lot to learn how the Travato GL worked. Monday parts and service helped me all day and a few problems from factory fixed. AFTER THE SALE. Now three months later... I have called Lichtsinn RV many times since this and asked for parts, service, and Nicole Follman. Every time, every department has answered and helped me, answered my questions, given advice and spent as much time as I needed on the phone. Since then I have received emails and phone calls from Nicole Follman. Even a few just seeing how things were going with me and my Travato. I was given a whole team to work with when I was ready to purchase my RV. They all have to be rated 10 out of 10. Up front pricing, no surprises, best deal overall, exact model I had picked out. While I was there I watched customers come and go,sales service, parts and everyone was given undivided attention and people came for service from many different states and talked to me about all there good service visits and most had purchased before from Lichtsinn RV. Love my new RV and great memories with Lichtsinn and Nicole Follman.

This past week I traveled from Oregon to Iowa to purchase my "new to me Travato 59k". I had lots of options across the country but chose Lichtsinn RV because of the reviews and the presence they have in the market. I was not disappointed. They answered all my questions prior to my travel there. Renae is first class all the way. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and helpful to me and by the time I started my 2,000 mile drive home I knew I had made the right choice. Facility there in Forest City were some of the best I have ever seen. They are worth the trip. I will be recommending my friends who show interest to them in the future.

Our Revel was ready when we arrived after driving 2 days in our trade-in RV. Orientation started at 8:05 am and was great, then the business office. We had some accessories installed and were done at 1 pm, and drove the 2 days back home (NC). All the staff at Lichtsinn were extremely helpful. - Tim
People come from all around the United States to go here because of the service and the pricing you will not get better deals and you will not get better service anywhere else.

This was our second time we have bought a RV from Lichtsinn. Once again a seamless RV buying experience. If you want to save money and have a hassle free experience Lichtsinn RV is the place.
We picked out our RV on the web using the Lichtsinn videos. Did some Web price comparisons and then call Lichtsinn's. Bought a plane ticket, plane tripped into Minneapolis, Lichtsinn's pick us up, got educated on the RV, paid for it, stayed on site for an overnight drive home with our RV. All the people we interfaced with were well-versed in the customer FIRST attitude.
