Our Winnebago expertise is important as our Lichtsinn RV Factory Trained and Certified Technicians perform a pre-delivery inspection on your RV. Since Winnebago Motorhomes are the only new motorhome line we carry, our service team knows exactly what to look for when doing the inspection. In addition to pre-delivery inspections our Certified Technicians do all accessory add-ons, motorhome upgrades and service repairs, including any warranty claims.
After each warranty claim, Winnebago Industries provides a survey to our service guests with a Net Promotor Score question to measure the guest’s satisfaction with their repair experience at our dealership. In addition to the NPS question, guests are asked a few follow up questions to guide improvement efforts. These results are put together and dealers are awarded a Flying W Customer Satisfaction Index Score and dealers with high scores then earn the Flying W Customer Satisfaction Award. We have received this award each year for over 28 years and our Flying W Customer Satisfaction Index Scores rank in the best of class for Winnebago Dealers!
