Let’s face it, there are a lot of lousy RV dealerships out there. Unfortunately, in the race to find the lowest possible RV price, many people choose to buy from dealers who do not have a history of great customer service. Know in advance that the lowest price is not usually synonymous with the best buying experience.
At Lichtsinn RV, before you take possession of your RV, it will go through an extensive pre-delivery inspection. During this inspection one of our technicians perform an exhaustive series of tests on your RVs functional systems and they also look for cosmetic and fitment issues. They work with a checklist of 172 items that they inspect on each new RV. Each RV is also road tested.
Every RV pre-delivery inspection takes at least four hours and is valued at over $600. However, we don’t charge you for this service as some dealers do. It is simply part of our commitment to providing you the best RV experience possible.
Advanced Technology Requires Advanced Training
Your pre-delivery inspection will be completed by one of our factory trained RVTI Certified RV Technicians. This certification provides you the assurance that the technician working on your RV has the specific skills needed to do so.

When you come here for delivery, if you should find any issues while you are here, again, we just have a quick 1 mile trip to Winnebago to get the part needed for your RV to get you on the road and our certified technicians have the expertise to do so.

After a thorough orientation on your RV, we invite you to stay in your RV on our on-site campground. This allows you to put your new or used motorhome through the paces. There is so much information covered in your complimentary orientation, it is easy to forget a thing or two. This provides you the opportunity to stay overnight with us, so that we are available just outside your doorstep the next day to answer any questions that you may have.
