While you are here to pick up your New or Preowned RV, or if you are having your RV delivered, you will receive an orientation of your RV from one of our Factory Trained Winnebago Experts. This complimentary orientation typically lasts between 2-4 hours dependent on the complexity of your RV, your familiarity with RVs, and the number of questions you might have.
This orientation may be done in-person, LIVE through a virtual link or we also provide the option of a recorded video orientation.
We can do the LIVE orientation in one of two ways. Many of our guests prefer a LIVE orientation, whether it be virtual or in-person so they may ask questions of the Winnebago Product Expert in real time as they go through the RV. If you choose an In-Person Orientation, at an agreed upon time you will meet with a Winnebago Specialist and they will walk you through your RV including covering each switch, feature and all maintenance and warranty items. If you choose to do a LIVE Virtual Orientation we provide you a website link that you simply click on and you can see the Winnebago Specialist LIVE providing you an orientation of your RV in the comfort of your home or while sitting in your trade-in. Since this is a LIVE format, you can ask questions as you go along, ask to review certain things in more detail etc. just like you would in person.
For those guests that aren’t able to coordinate time to do this, we have the option of a pre-recorded orientation where our product specialist provides an orientation of your RV that we record and then provide you a link to view it online. Your sales consultant will answer any questions that arise after viewing the orientation.
