The Mercedes me connect app is a companion app for Mercedes-Benz RVs that allows you to control and monitor your RV remotely from your smartphone. It’s available for download on both iOS and Android devices.
The Mercedes me connect App allows you peace of mind whether you are sitting inside your RV or miles away. This app allows you to remotely set your RV interior to the perfect temperature, check your battery level, ensure your RV is locked and so much more. Mercedes me connect is available on 2020 and newer Winnebago motorhomes built on the Mercedes-Benz VS30 Chassis. These RVs include the Winnebago View, Winnebago Navion, Winnebago Vita, Winnebago Revel, Winnebago Boldt and the Winnebago EKKO 23B.

NAVIGATION SERVICES
Find your RV on a Map
Live Traffic Information (including optimized route guidance)
Car-to-X Communication – Exchanges information between vehicles on the road alerting you to various hazards ahead including accidents, fog or icy conditions. A valid subscription to Live Traffic Information is required to use the Car-to-X Communication.
Online Map Updates – Install the latest maps to your RVs navigation by downloading updates over-the-air without affecting the speed or performance of the MBUX Multimedia System.
Weather Overlay – View location specific weather and temperatures within your navigation map.
REMOTE ACCESS
Remote Door Locking and Unlocking – Lock or unlock your RV from virtually any location and know your RV is always secure.
Remote Retrieval of Vehicle Status/Remote Status – View the latest data from your RV including mileage, fuel level, tire pressure and more.
POI Download – Send a location from your Mercedes me connect App directly to your vehicle and start navigation right away or save it in your MBUX Multimedia System.
ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT
Software Updates – Get the latest software installed over-the-air so your RV is optimized with the most current software version from Mercedes-Benz.
Maintenance Management – Easily view when your next service is due and receive maintenance reminders.
LINGUATRONIC Online Voice Control – Use MBUX’s advanced speech recognition with natural language understanding to communicate with your RV.
Telediagnostics – Be notified if your RV is in need of servicing or a certain part needs to be inspected.
Accident and Breakdown Management – If involved in an accident receive immediate assistance and have a towing service arranged via Roadside Assistance. In the event of a breakdown your vehicle and data position will be relayed for immediate assistance.
Remote Vehicle Diagnostics – Allow your preferred service dealer to remotely retrieve your vehicle data ahead of your service visit.
Emergency Call Services – Automatically receive help from an emergency response agent if you’re involved in an accident or place a call manually by pressing the SOS button in your vehicle.
ENTERTAINMENT
WiFi Hotspot – Your RV becomes a 4G WiFi hotspot allowing you to connect up to (8) devices to the Internet. The WiFi hotspot is offered via an integrated SIM CARD. The WiFi-Hotspot requires a data plan contract and an active account with the service provider in order to access data services.
Internet Radio – Access Internet Radio using your RV’s MBUX Multimedia System to surf between 70,000 live radio stations from around the globe. Search by artist or song and explore categories like music genres, talk radio, sports and more.
The Mercedes me connect App is here to make life easier. The App pairs your RV and activates services like Remote Engine Start, Remote Door Lock and Unlock, Locate Vehicle and more, all while on-the-go.
