This month we are going to focus on Winnebago Class B Camper Vans, the Battle of the B’s! The Class B Camper Van market continues to grow and offers a number of different options for those looking to go where they want, when they want, in an RV. Class B motorhomes are compact and smaller in stature compared to traditional Class A and Class C Motorhomes. Class B’s are also larger and taller than a typical full-sized van allowing space within the Class B RV for living, sleeping and a wet bath. Winnebago offers a number of different Class B van options, we will discuss two of them below.
The Winnebago Revel and the Winnebago Boldt are built on the Mercedes Benz Sprinter VS30 Chassis. This Chassis includes Mercedes Benz Chassis Safety Features including: Active Brake Assist, Active Distance Assist Distronic, Traffic Sign Assist, Active Lane Keep Assist, Blind Spot Assist and LED High Performance Headlights. Also included with this chassis is the MBUX Touchscreen Multimedia Infotainment Center with navigation in each model. The Revel and the Boldt are built for extended off the grid use using a Lithium power system. Outside of each you’ll also find an exterior luggage rack and movable ladder. Both the Revel and the Boldt are available with an on-demand 4WD chassis. (standard on the Revel, an option on the Boldt) However, this is where the similarities end.
THE WINNEBAGO REVEL
The Winnebago Revel is a compact 19’7” in length and sleeps up to 2 people. The Revel is available in just one floorplan, the Revel 44E. Key features of the Revel include: a rear Power Lift Bed with Gear Garage Storage below and an All-in-One Gear Closet and Wet Bath. In the Revel’s galley, you’ll find a removable induction cooktop, removable counter extension and a 3.0 cu. ft. (12V) Compressor Driven Refrigerator and Freezer that can be accessed from the inside or outside of the coach. Additional details on the Winnebago Revel include:

THE WINNEBAGO BOLDT
The Winnebago Boldt measures 22’11” in length and is available in 2 floorplans and sleeps up to 2-3 people dependent on floorplan. The Boldt 70BL floorplan features rear twin beds that can be converted into one large flex bed system. The 70BL also includes a front flex bed system that can be created from the dinette. The Boldt 70KL floorplan features center twin beds that can be converted into one large flex bed system and a rear wet bath. Each of the Winnebago Boldt floorplans galleys includes Corian solid-surface countertop, a single burner induction cooktop and a single door refrigerator/freezer.
